If you are refering to the firmware update, you can find at either http://www.yourpsp.com (UK) or us.playstation.com (US) or http://www.playstation.jp (JAP). Easiest way is to use the Network Update feature providing that you have Wifi access.

Then how do you explain the PS3. Sooner or later someone will hack the ps3 and find a way to play pirated games. Hell, allowing linux on the ps3 is making the process quicker since you can rip BD-DVDs via linux.

Sony is on a roll releasing several firmware updates for the psp and ps3 over the last few weeks, but how hard is it to allow homebrew on the psp? I mean come on, with the ability to play homebrew without the use of exploits, sont will need to spend less time developing new firmware updates and instead concentrate on developing new features to kick ds out of the ball park!
