This week on the Comic Store, IDW have released the highly entertaining (and adult) Tank Girl: The Gifting, and Groom Lake comes to a end – the final episode comes with audio commentary. Also, the complete Marvel Zombies mini series is available from the store.
Subatomic Studios have to reveal super secret PSP minis cheat codes for Fieldrunners. You can find how to unlock all the maps, and health and boost bonuses below. With the first code you can instantly play any map and mode with fast forward and the second code lets you build your ultimate maze with 9999 money and 999 health.
Gran Turismo on the PSP is doing wonders on the PSP. After many years of delay the game has been a huge success on Sony’s portable console. Polyphony Digital, the Japan-based studio behind Gran Turismo, has just released the latest sales numbers of the franchise. Released in October 2009, Gran Turismo PSP has shifted over 1.8 million units both on UMD and via digital download.
ModNations Racers, the exclusive PS3 title is also heading to the PSP; allowing you the same creative tools to make your mod, kart and tracks while your on the move/on holiday/at your grandparents house. You will also be able to upload, download, remix and race creations by the PSP ModNation community.
With this week’s digital comic selection now live on the PlayStation Store, the total number of titles available have broken the 800 comics mark. This week, IDW have changed the price of three of their comics to FREE! The first issues of Nanovor: Game Day, FX & Star Trek: Assignment Earth can now be found in the Free Comics section of the store. Marvel have added 12 issues of Wolverine to the store too, with plenty more to come over the following weeks.
This week on the PSP Store, you will find a number of Minis titles discounted as part of Sony’s Minis Month – though the discounts are only available in Europe. You will also find a number demos and downloadable games from both stores. The size of the US update this week is quite small, consisting of only two games, a new video and a few premium themes. After three delays to SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3, we finally have some good news to bring you. The game is available to purchase today in North America, but if you are unsure about purchasing it, a playable demo will be available next week. On February 11th 2010, you will be able to download the demo straight to your PSP from the PlayStation Store.
Sony Europe has declared that February is ‘minis’ month. Over the next 28 days, Sony will be giving away goodies, holding competitions and offers celebrating minis! You’ll find details of everything on the PlayStation Blog, which will feature minis news, offers, free downloads and previews regularly throughout minis month. To kick things off, a number of minis titles have been discounted, starting February 4th 2010 until February 18th 2010.
