This week on the Comic Store, Sony has added 52 new comics for you to download, starting with 2000AD release their PROG 2010 Christmas Mega Special – all 100 pages of it. You can also download the first ever 10 issues of Marvel’s The Avengers (1963) and the 4 part series of We Will Bury You. Check out the complete list of new comics below.

Digital Comics Update for Feb 18th 2010

This week on the PSP Comics Store, new comics have been released including Venom vs Carnage (#1-#4) and the phenomenal X-23: Target X series from 2007 (#1-#6). Plus, there’s more Daredevil, Hulk, Wolverine and X-Men to enjoy. The second issue of Cages is also available, and you can also pick up the first issue for free.

This week on the Comic Store, IDW have released the highly entertaining (and adult) Tank Girl: The Gifting, and Groom Lake comes to a end – the final episode comes with audio commentary. Also, the complete Marvel Zombies mini series is available from the store.

Digital Comics Update for Feb 4th 2010

With this week’s digital comic selection now live on the PlayStation Store, the total number of titles available have broken the 800 comics mark. This week, IDW have changed the price of three of their comics to FREE! The first issues of Nanovor: Game Day, FX & Star Trek: Assignment Earth can now be found in the Free Comics section of the store. Marvel have added 12 issues of Wolverine to the store too, with plenty more to come over the following weeks.

This week on the PSP Comic Store, the UK has received 12 issues of The Incredible Hulk (1999) with more coming next week, and the story of Wolverine is available with all 6 issues of “Origin”. Disney are also offering another free comic called “Ultraheroes #0: Prologue” featuring Scrooge McDuck. The US has received similar new titles as Europe, including new issues of G.I. Joe: Cobra and The Avengers.

There’s a real mix this week for the UK, with everything from Shaun the Sheep to X-Men (2004). This week on the PSP Comic Store, a massive 46 comics have been added to the European Store and over 50 new titles to the US Store. Highlights include the first game related comic, the newly released: Army of Two #1. In the Marvel camp you can read the first six ever episodes of The Incredible Hulk (1962); and we introduce both Uncanny X-Men and Blade to the library. Plus more Avengers and more Daredevil.

Digital Comics Update for Jan 7th 2010

The second Digital Comic update, and the first for 2010, is now live for Europe and North American. 40 new comics are available for purchase in Europe, including new episodes of The Avengers, Paranormal Activity, and Star Trek. The US has received just over 40 new titles as well, including new episodes of Daredevil, G.I. Joe and Transformers.

Despite launching over 550 titles last week, the Digital Comics Store has been updated today, adding further titles. Digital Comics Service Now Live

Earlier today, the Digital Comics Service launched in UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa! You can choose your favourite comics from hundreds of new and classic collections in Comic Store of PlayStation Store, and take hundreds of comics on your PSP anywhere you go. Choose from the battling superheroes of Marvel, including Spider-man, X-Men and the Fantastic Four, to Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.
